I’m using JA Comment on my site and it works great except for when using the latest version of Internet Explorer. When I try to load a page with JA Comment it gives me an “Access Denied” error message and the comments section does not display. Here’s a screenshot of the issue:

Note how in the IE developer console, Document Mode is set to IE9 Standards.

If I change the Document mode to IE8 or use a different browser (chrome, firefox, etc.) it works fine:

Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this so it works in IE9?

Can you please try clearing your cookies and temp internet files. I have tried checking your site on 2 different IE9 installs now and cannot replicate what you are seeing.

What a bummer. I went so far as to reset my IE9 back to factory default settings and it’s still doing the same thing. I’ll see if it happens on a different computer.

I hate IE, especially when you have to reset it like that.

I will send you a screenshot of it in IE9 on my machine.

dear, I am having the same problem.
When viewing the site through firefox, and comment espaçod normal loads.
When viewing by Internet Explorer, 8 and 9, does not carry anything.

Someone please help me? For more understanding not to
