I have installed the latest JA Comment on http://www.africaglobalvillage.com website and underneath the article the comment form does not display

Can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

I have posted my information but not really sure how PM works. Its been two days so I assume I am doing something wrong. This is costing traffic on the site Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our office was closed on the weekend, I can’t get the answer to you as expected. Apologize emandowa.

I received you account and went to your FTP. But didn’t see any JA Comment component folders on your site (both front-end and back-end). Did you delete them? Please re-check it.

Was this problem ever solved? I have the same problem and it’s a major issue for my site also. The comment form is simply not showing up…the installation appeared to go flawlessly, but no luck. :((
