We are trying to import jacomment data from another site, and we get this error:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method JFactory::getXMLParser() in /var/www/administrator/components/com_jacomment/controllers/imexport.php on line 128

Seems to be a problem with some changes on J3.

Hi there,

On what Joomla version, JA Comment version and PHP version does this issue occur? What versions of Joomla and JA Comment does the system from which you are exporting data run?

Did you try to run your import under another browser?

Hi,

JA Comment is updated for Joomla latest version (3.3.3), and also include the fix for your issue

Go to download page or update this extension thru JA Extension Manager and try it.
