My template is JA Methys, joomla 3.1.1 have been having issues installing the JA Comment Package. I received the following error;

(0 SQL=ALTER TABLE `v5ksc_jacomment_items` ADD `latitude` CHAR(255) COLLATE utf8_general_ci NULL DEFAULT NULL AFTER `p0`)

I noticed in the forum that others have had similar issues. Because, nothing has been posted on how to resolve this, i have no choice but to join the line with my own issue. Hope there is a fix.
