Hi,
I have already contacted the support, but until now they didn’t make nothing in order to solve my problem and I really need this component working.
The problem is: I’ve got some plugins working with jQuery 1.6 in my website and the JA Comment uses jQuery 1.4. If I disable jQuery 1.6, the component works fine, but all my plugins stop working.
What can I do to make both the component and the plugins work?As you can see in the attachment, the component loads the social buttons, but they are not clickable and there is no comment box.
I would by very grateful if someone could explain me how to solve this problem.
Thank for your attention.
Best regards,
Carlos Maia.

I want to follow up and see if this issue still remains, and apologize for the extreme delay.
John.
