In a top level category, or sub category, I try to click on the “JA Comment Off” button but I just get redirected back to the Joomla 1.6 control panel.

On the JA Comment Off button the link url says;

http://174.121.39.3/~jwncom/administrator/#

How can I turn off comments to a category?
