March 4, 2011 at 1:09 pm #161017Hi, when ja comment active in teline IV joomla 1.6 chrome, in article page detail, all pages are going mad! :), the url is changing with a redirect behavior from mywebsite.com/category/article into mywebsite.com/?tmpl=component&option=com_jacomment&view=comments&contentoption=com_content&contentid=2126&ran=0.717199815204367.
Live site is on http://www.timisoara.ro/new/
Another prob I have is that subnav in articles detail pages is disappearing (http://www.timisoara.ro/new/ro/stiri/locale/892-prefectura-incepe-controalele-la-primarii) no matter browser I use.
thank you for your help!

March 6, 2011 at 3:11 pm #379904so, I think it is a conflict between System – Language Filter and Ja Comment. As soon as I disable the System – Language Filter plugin, the site works fain in chrome too. And IE. When System – Language Filter enable, in IE the comment box is NOT shown at all and in chrome the page goes to mywebsite.com/?tmpl=component&option=com_jacomment&view=comments &contentoption=com_content&contentid=2126&ran=0.71 7199815204367.
When googleing ?tmpl=component&option=com_jacomment&view=comments &contentoption=com_content&contentid the results are very intresting: http://www.google.ro/search?hl=&q=%3Ftmpl%3Dcomponent%26option%3Dcom_jacomment%26view%3Dcomments%26contentoption%3Dcom_content%26contentid&sourceid=navclient-ff&rlz=1B3MOZA_enRO386RO386&ie=UTF-8
Maybe this help you to help me solv this bug. Thanx!

March 8, 2011 at 3:09 am #380183thanks I get the account, I found out the code causing redirect is from ja comments. I’m still investigating this issue but somehow I could not login to ftp account, please provide ftp account instead of sftp one. For now, temporarily disabling ja comments can solve the problem.

March 9, 2011 at 5:12 pm #380534Dear hungnd,
you donČ›t need to acces my ftp/admin account to see and solve this bug. you simply verify it with your sample date instaled fresh new joomla 1.6 quickstrat package in chrom. Download qiuckstart, instal it, install ja comment compenent and plugin (it doesn’t came with quickstart, curious thisng), activate ja comment and givi it a try into the mighty Chorme!
did that already 3 times, with same results.Do you know when Teline IV forJoomla 1.6.x will end it’s beta stage?

March 10, 2011 at 2:46 am #380627Replicated your steps and I could see ja comments working fine on my machine, check my attachment.
Have you got the latest version of related packages in our site?
Also try to disable some of your available custom extensions, they might conflict with ja comments.teletrance Friendteletrance

March 11, 2011 at 4:11 am #380856Thanks teletrance, I can see the site crashing now when enable Language Filter. This seems to be a bug of JA Comments, our devs will investigate it. You can check the process here to know when we will able to fix:
