I had the JA Comment plugin working great with IntenseDebate, but turned it off to try Disqus. When I tried to return to IntenseDebate, no comments showed up. I’ve tried a number of things to fix this problem:
1. Yes, the plugin is enabled and all the settings are correct, as far as I can tell.
2. I deleted my IntenseDebate account and created a new one.
3. I reinstalled JA Comment.
This is very frustrating because it was just working two days ago. Anyone else have this problem? I’m wondering if it has to do with the .htaccess, which I edited shortly before a couple of problems apppeared. (JA News 2 also disappeared.)
I deleted the .htaccess photo and gave up on SEO (for now), but nothing has come back.
