May 28, 2012 at 10:55 pm #177633I am using ja comments plugin for joomla 2.5 on JA Kranos template. Installation went smooth and the ja comment was working for 2 days. But today, only “undefined” message is showing. I have read this thread and gone through those details and it was already corrected in jacomments.php. I have also enabled the SEF Urls in joomla with .html extensions.
Right now, the ja comment content plugin is disabled due to this error.
Please help.

Hello arjunkrishna,Can you send PM to me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.
Best regards.
P.S: Thanks guys for buzzing us up. Please note that we’ll be temporary away from May 30th, 2012 and back to work on June 4th, 2012. During this time, the ticket system will also be unattended, but no worry, we’ll be back and sort out your maze on Monday!

Hello arjunkrishna,I enabled JA Comment plugin and saw that comment form shows normally. No problem faced. Here is one of link I checked “/about/wac-overview/world-ayurveda-congress.html”. Please check and confirm the same.

June 7, 2012 at 2:45 am #456368Dear Stork11,
As I said earlier, it functions when I enable it but will go wrong after sometime. It started functioning when you enabled it and I was waiting for a day and it went wrong as usual. You can check this link or this link.
Here you can see it here:
In the backend of Joomla also, Ja comments stopped showing the comments posted.
You can see backend image here :
Please go through it asap because I am keeping it, before disabling, for another 3 hours only, so that you could see the link.
Is this connected by any means to SEF URL ?
Please help.
Thanks.-

Hello arjunkrishna,I can see comment form in 2 links you showed above. No problems faced.
For problem in back-end, please try to re-install JA Comment. Posted comment data won’t be lost.
Best regards.

Hello emandowa,I accessed your FTP and didn’t see any JA Comment component folders on your site (both front-end and back-end). Did you delete them? Please re-check it.
Regards.

July 1, 2012 at 7:00 am #459427I reinstalled the new version of JA Comments (2.5.1) and now the backend is displaying properly. But the “Undefined” message problem persists in some links some times, especially after somebody post a comment.
I found the following error showing in the “Content – JA Comment” plugin :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home/wac/public_html/plugins/content/jacomment/elements/jacategory.php on line 49
The “Content – JA Comment” plugin is showing in full page without any administrator menu or interfaces along with showing the error.
I got the same problem when I installed JA Comment in JA NEX template also.
Please respond asap.
