Please see http://www.newsroompanama.com/ for the website I’m having problems with. Currently the JA comments extension doesn’t seem to be working properly. When I go into the extensions -> plugin manager and select JA comment plugin, it is enabled, and in the parameters it is set to use Intense debate, mode: automatic, select categories: selected all categories, and I have the correct Intense Debate Account key. The thing that is strange is the system was working fine (comments all were displaying) until about a week ago when the option to comment below articles disappeared. For older articles that already have comments before this problem arose, the comments do display, but for newly published articles the option to even leave a comment does not display. However, if I take the newly published article that is not displaying the comments, unpublish it from the backend, and then republish it, the comments now show up. I am at a loss….

Hi mate,
do you install new extensions on lask week (before this bug appeare)?
They are maybe a reason of this bug.
Please try to disable them and test again. If you still see this bug, let’s submit a ticket on our support system.
I will check and fix it for you.
