Hello,

Im going thoruhg the 2.5 user guide for ja nex, and trying to get Ja Comments to work with {jacomment on} on K2 articles… however noticed that JA Comments does not come with the Ja Nex package.

Tried downloading but desnt allow me… shouldnt this be part of the same install? Where can I get it?

Hello amitmit,

JA Comment belongs to JAEC. Your account is JATC. So you can’t download JA Comment along with your template.
