Hi,

Can you please include a link to the page that ja comments is enabled and should be on ?
Also please set CSS and JS optimization to NO from Template Settings so i can debug this issue and try to provide you with proper solution.

I can’t find JA Comments enabled please provide some temp admin and ftp access to investigate this further.

Uninstalled and reinstalled the component, plugin and module, and I resolved.
