Hello,
I use JA comments as question/answer system.
When users come to the site with comments over the menu, see only questions and answers appear only after an action with JA Comments (eg sorting by dates)
I found that first AJAX request (when i enter to tthe page with comments) is send though mootools and others action in JA Comments use jQuery.
The site running as intranet and is not accessible through internet.

Please, help me.

Hi ladsul,

is your component is the latest version ? i guess there has been a js error occurred that prevented child comments from showing.
It’s hard to tell you something without seeing the problem so if possible you can move your site to an internet sever and then giving here the url where the issue can be seen.
