The changes I made to the blocks would have had no effect on the css nor the javascript problem you are seeing. The button and all the other css errors are either being caused by another module or code you have somewhere or they were some custom changes you or your developer made that were made in the wrong place and have been undone with the updates (hence the request earlier to make sure you have backups) I have no way of knowing what these changes were so it is going to be hard for us to re-build your site as you had it before.

You are also getting php errors from one of your third party tools (clientapi.php) which you need to look into. It appears that (whatever it is) does not play nicely with your version of PHP.

Finally the Javascript errors. You are running lots of scripts on your site and some of them were intefeering with others when you have full optimization turned on. I have switched that off for now and you are getting no errors. If you wish to re-enable that then you will have to disable the scripts one by one until you find the culprit then exclude that from the compressions. Sometimes JS scripts will just not play nicely together normally let alone when compressed. It is not my field of expertise so for me it is a time consuming excercise to fully work out what file is the cause.
