On the JA Company demo template there is a translate module on the top right corner but it is not in the template when you install it, can you tell me how to download and enable that on my template? Thanks

Hi
The module is language Switcher module that you can create via module manager.
It work only when you have a multilanguage website.
Here is documentation that help you to create multilanguage website.

I decided to uninstall the JA Multilingual but the website still add EN in all the links and some links doesn’t take to the article and goes to the home page? any hint on how to fix this and remove this auto detect language from the URLs?

You can disbale the language Switcher module.
