Hello We have integrated a form into the Ja Content module and it does not work with the mobile devices. This error appears "jquery.iscroll.js: 1168 ‘webkitCancelAnimationFrame’ is vendor-specific. Please use the standard ‘cancelAnimationFrame’ instead. ../modules/mod_j…js/jquery.iscroll.js"
The form can be found under "Dienstleistungen/Schlüsselregistrierung and Dienstleistungen/Schlüsselbestellung

Hi all, we would need urgently a feedback from you regarding the form issue in the JA content module. The breezing form works fine with the desktop version but not with mobile devices. We can’t enter any content in to the form via mobile devices. We contacted already the support team from breezing forms and the confirmed that the prombles comes from the JA content module.

Hi,
please select the category ‘Schlüsselregistrierung’ and try to enter a text into the form fields. You will see you can’t enter any content into the form with mobile devices. The desktop version works well.

Hi,

Please use a moblie device like iPhone or Samsung and you will see it is not working and you can’t enter any text into the form in the category ‘Schlüsselregistrierung’.

Hi,

I spent more my time to detect the problem on your site. I see the form is using this file: media/breezingforms/themes/jq.mobile.1.4.5.min.css. That file is endcode and disable to click the form field on mobile device.

I tried installing JA Onepage and create the form of Joomla default as your site at my end and it’s working as well when I run it on mobile device. In this case, you can use the form of Joomla default on JA Content module or contact breezingforms of 3rd party and hope they will find the solution for you.

Hi,
We testetd an other form tool from ProForms and installed the module on a clean JA Onepage site with the JA Content module. Finally we got the same problem and can’t enter any text via mobile device into the form. We also disabled the media/breezingforms/themes/jq.mobile.1.4.5.min.css. file and there was the same problem. It looks really like the problem is coming from JA Content module and not from the form providers BreezingForms or ProForms.

The Joomla default contact form we can’t use for this solution.

Please double check and let us know.
