Try below code in /css/custom.css file

.portfolio .ja-cp-main .ja-cp-group {
    margin: 0 auto;
    max-width: 600px;
}
.ja-cp-main .ja-cp-group .ja-cp-item {
    width: 50%;
}

It will put them in center.
The suggestion is based on demo site.
