The pop up works (really slow but works) however the image doesn’t show, I tried to change settings to crop or resize but I still get the same results.

It also has the Title with a hyperlink to the Home page, the format looks odd.

Is there any way to correct this issue? My test site is at http://marlon.netgifted.com

I solved this issue by going to Global configuration and set
Search Engine Friendly URLs to NO
