    Hi All,

    I am trying to change the articles contained in the “Our Portfolio Category”. Everytime I make a change, something weird happens to the format.

    Please assist. Screenshot attached.

    Thanks,
    Sudesh

    Hi sudesh,

    You can try to select “8” to Displaying items option in the backend of module. Don’t forget to inform me your result.

    I seem to have the same problem with this module. It seems like everytime you edit and save the existing article (even if you didnt change anything) the module adds empty spots from position 5. And if you add a NEW article those blank spaces disappear. But if you delete the new article those blank spaces reappear. If the edited articles are deleted the blank spaces also disappear

    The number of articles actually displayed is consistent with the module setting, so 8 will display 8, 16 will display 16 articles, the blank spaces doesn’t count towards the number of displayed articles it seems.

    Ok I just realized adding a new article does noe get rid of those blank spaces, it just moved it further down the list so in my instance to the second page position 5.

    Hi piman,

    In general, we always recommend the users to display the even number of articles in JA Content Popup settings so that the front-end of this module will display fine, especially on the onepage position. Anyways, can you send me PM with your website’s admin login ? I will help you to check this issue.

    Hi piman,

    Thank you for sending the valid front-end access. The reason of issue that the Content Popup items don’t have a fixed height to display 4 items on one row. You can solve this issue by putting below codes into templates/ja_onepage/css/custom.css file:

    .ja-cp-main .ja-cp-group .ja-cp-item {
    height: 275px;
    }

    Awesome that did the trick!

    Thanks and have fun!
