I have two content slider 2 modules on my front page. 1) is to display a category of items and 2) is to display items from an image folder. In both cases, no matter what the settings the slider does not slide and items do not display correctly. I’ve been working with tech support for 2 weeks on this issue.

Please help.

Hi,

i checked you site and as you said the contentslider module doesnt seem to be working correctly. I have raised a bug report for it and you can check the bug solving progress at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCMINISITE-111
Please wait until our developers check and fix the issue and then upgrade the module to latest version.

Hello lscails50,

We had edited css to fix for JA content slider 2 not sliding and displays too many items. Please follow these steps to fix it :

Open attached file and
– Copy mod_jacontentslider2.css to templates/ja_minisite/css/
– Copy images folder to templates/ja_minisite/images/

Hope this work for your site, We will release new version soon.

I had the same problem — the slider wouldn’t move and all the items were displayed (if the div was big enough to show them). Note that mod_jacontentslider2.css needs to renamed to mod_jacontentslider.css (no “2”).
