I am not sure how ja content slider module works. I am using the ja tube template. I am trying to change the title and the intro text. I assumed I would be able to change that within the article attached the each video. When I made changes at first it looks like nothing has changed and then as it scrolls down it looks like the title changes. But I can’t figure out what is controlling this mechanism. My site is http://www.globalfiremedia.com Then I changed one of the pictures and that didn’t fit even though I used the same picture measurements. Is there documentation somewhere that might help me understand how it works?

i checked your site and the demo and you site seems to have the exact data as demo has and hence I dont see any issue.. As for the settings of the JA content slider, you can go through the userguide for JA Tube at http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/ja-tube-userguide/ The guide explains the module settings as used in the demo..
