If I use Russian language, the plug in show strange question marks symbols, in the end of text.
And some text is bigger then space for it. Please take a look in attach.

I’ve tried to use mb_substr on your site but somehow it’s not working.
Would you mind check w/ your hosting do they support this function ?

can you try to use this function with Encoding parameter?
mb_substr($string,$start,$length,’utf-8′)

ps: php-mbstring is now installed. but now result.

yes, the problem was in php-substr module, it wan not installed in default httpd in FedoraCore15
