With SEF enabled in global config and sys plugin, some of the article links in JA Content slider are OK and show as normal for SEF like http://mysite.com/goodiestore.html. These work and go to the article. Others show as: http://mysite.org/component/content/article/49-slider-images/120-classifieds.html. These do not work. Out of 11 sliding images and links, only 4 work. As soon as I turn off SEF, everything is fine. Is there away around this? I need SEF on.

I’m having similar problem, this don’t work with artio joomsef, it gives 404 page when turned on sef links, I can’t add custom redirects cos link starts with module, so Artio can’t generate it, is there any solution for this?

    modules/mod_ja_contentslide/component/content/96.html?task=view

This is sample link that can’t be regenerated as sef url.
Latest artio version used on j.1.5.22 platform.

I’ve got the same issue using Joomla core SEF. instead of linking properly to the articles through my SEF link structure like this:
    http://www.ardexus.com/about-ardexus/testimonials/195-efficiently-supports-our-work-across-three-continents.html
I’m getting this (which does not exist):
    http://www.ardexus.com/component/content/15-testimonials/234-excellent-customer-support.html

Even if it linked to the article directly in this format, it would be better than it is now:
    http://www.ardexus.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=226&Itemid=289

you can see the broken links on our page http://www.sporthaus1.de – for the brand puma we have used the redirect component for a redirection of the link. Any better idea for the SEF issue with JA Content slider?

    Hello leonike2012,

I went to your site and didn’t face any problems as you mentioned. Links in JA Content slider work fine. Would you mind get me a few screenshots for more clarifications?

    Best regards.

<blockquote>i managed to get all working on localhost with wamp and all sampledata showed up

no im able to get everything running, but one little question , in the default.xml for layout
of the site modules, theres no “main-content-block” line i know i can enable/disable it in the admin area, but i wanna know where
the position is written and to make a fixed height , thats the only thing i need ,, everythign else is top
because your T3 is awsome and simple to understand

    thnx in advance</blockquote>

I have received your pm with this request. You can find and config it from Admin site
