I solved.

In configurations of the template JA Ores > Css & Javascript Compress > Optimize JS – Join & Minify

with

Join & Minify & Compress – JA Content Slider in Internet Explorer don’t work

I am glad that your problem is solved!
You might as well try to set Join & Minify since (compress – > gzip) is not working well on your server.
