I installed the quickstart JA Opal template. Everything is working great. But I can’t find the JA Content Slider in the Modules Manager. I need to make changes to that component.

The module is on the homepage by default and works, but there seems to be no way of me to edit the component. Help!

Do you mean “JA News Slideshow 2”, check the module position guide at http://www.joomlart.com/images/stories/ja_opal/ja_opal_user_guide.jpg.

If thats what you are referring to, then you can find the module name as Jaslideshow2 published to ja-slideshow position.

Other guess if its about multi tabs >> that is also in the module manager published at ja-tabs position.

The one I am looking for is JA_CONTENTSLIDER near the bottom of the page.

Aaah my mistake.

the module is named “Latest photo” published at “ja-contentslide” position. If it shows on your homepage then you have it in your modules. May be you were looking around the user positions, but this one is on the first page of module manager at number 4 in my installation of quickstart.
