Hi,

I have installed JA Contentslider on JA Community Plus template but contentslider module is showing the below error message. I would appreciate your help.

“Strict Standards: Non-static method SmartTrim::trim() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /home/kolejbandar/public_html/modules/mod_jacontentslider/helper.php on line 740”

Hi Rajib,

It may due to the PHP version used in your site and notice that message.

Normally this strict standards don’t affect on the function of module so you can get rid of it by going to Backend > Global Configuration > server tab and set ‘Error Reporting’ to No.
