I am having a problem with JA Contentslider with JA Tube Template. Of course, it all works perfectly in Firefox and Safari. But in ie the text does not align with the images and the images background is much bigger than the image. Very frustrating.
I’m attaching a screenshot (of ie8). The site is in development and the content slider is one of the most important features that my client wants. Please, any help would be appreciated.
The site is here: http://number12horse.com/tjh2011/
Thank you, Leigh
January 16, 2011 at 5:44 pm #372107I found the problem. The images in the articles must me .jpg – .ja_contentslider will resize the .png images but they will not display properly in internet explorer.
Does someone have an extension that will just redirect everyone with Internet Explorer to the Firefox download site?

As for redirecting to the Firefox site…we’re still having problems with people hell bent on using IE6! Much less getting them to move to a DIFFERENT browser.Have fun!

January 16, 2011 at 5:50 pm #372110I tell all of my clients and friends that anyone who uses ie6 and/or AOL…. get what they deserve. LOL I use a great tool that tests sites in all versions of IE – it’s called IETester and it was a free download.
Thanks for you post!
