I was having problems with JA Countdown working, then not working, on the test site as I was trying out different combinations of modules and plug-ins.

I went through from quickstart installation step by step and the problem is when System – JCK Modal plug-in is enabled. If I disable the plug-in, the JA Countdown module works again.

The final part of JCK Editor installations state:

“Once installed users wanting to use to the editor’s MooTools light-box feature are required to ‘Extensions’ > ‘Plug-in Manager’ and filter for ‘JCK Modal’ to enable the plug-in.”

Is there any reason why I should keep this dsabled, or if not could you fix JA Countdown to work with JCK Modal enabled please?

    Hi dealthenuts,

I already check your site, there is no conflict between JCK Modal & JA Countdown. Acutally, Countdown module will appear just only when you use “Countdown-Page” style as default. In addition, on your server, Open templatesja_mitiustemplateDetails.xml. Then insert <position>countdown</position> line before </positions>. Pls see my snapshots for details:
