Hello,

My server time is set to GMT+8. Joomla configuration is set to GMT+8.

Some says if I want GMT+8, I would have to set that on Joomla but set +0 on the server. But this returns a different time on the created article date/time.

However, I noticed that the JA-DATE has a wrong time. How is the date/time calculated in JA-DATE and where can I fix that?

And also, why is it that it gives a different time/date compared to the articles?

I’ve checked other threads but most was about changing the language and no detail or exact instructions on changing the date.

I hope someone perhaps from JA would provide a solid answer to this so that this thread could be exclusive to solving the wrong date problem.

Are you mentioning the issue on the Blog layout http://templates.joomlart.com/ja_teline_iv/index.php?option=com_k2&view=itemlist&layout=category&task=category&id=257&Itemid=479? or where did you find this issue, please let me know, i will inform our developers checking in detail then let you quick fixes.

Hello tienhc,

No, I am not talking about the blog layout. I am talking about the ja-date module that returns a wrong date.

I would hope for solutions to this as I think there are many others who are left without any solution.
