HI,
i Just checked your site.
Its running on Joomla 3.3 beta.

JA Decor is compatible for joomla 3.2.3. And you are using joomla 3.3 Beta version.

Also this error is coming from the joomla CMS. And you are using Beta version of joomla 3.3. Wait for its stable release of joomla 3.3 and for JA Decor Update for Joomla 3.3

chang datebase collation to utf8-general -ci
with admintools it will slove your problem
