Can a known member of JA staff please verify if ‘JA Developer‘ is a member of Joomlart staff or not?

The reason I ask is because he appears to be a new member and he is requesting a lot of admin account passwords and I think newer members are quiet willing to pass on their account information without verifying who they are giving the information to.

He has referred to Joomlart as ‘We’ and ‘Our’, so I presume he is staff but would like to get official verification.

If he is official Joomlart staff can he please be given some official rank as other JA staff are on the forum please?
