Ja directory Portfolio quickstart has two zip files:
ja_portfolio_joomlart.zip and ja_portfolio_real_estate.zip

What is the difference between the two?

In JA Portfolio, we provide 2 quickstart packages.

1. ja_portfolio_joomlart.zip: This one used to demo for template selling.
2. ja_portfolio_real_estate.zip: This one used to demo for real estate

In joomla 2.5 Ja directory Portfolio quickstart has two zip files:

ja_portfolio_webdesign_j25 y jatc_portfolio_real_estate_j25.

Is the difference similar to post before?
I try to explain better, the programation es similar? the difference is the design o in what is?
