I’m working the JA Droid site template and I need to know exactly how to add a “Phone Number” field (required field) to the Contact form and have it include that data in the email that the form sends to me.

Hi,

You can’t add more fields in Joomla Contact Component, form is fixed.
If you want to, you may edit code your com_contact, but it would be hard for you.
I think you may use some extensions support you to customize your form like: RSform, Chronoforms or Proforms
