Hello,

I’m using Jomsocial component (2.8.4) and JA_Droid 2.5.3 with JA 2.6.0 pluggin. I detected that dropdown menu for Jomsocial toolbar not works (not displays) and also is not visible the dropdown menu to configure privacity settings in every profile.

I need a some urgent fix, because my community is too big.

Hi tuminator,

By default, we don’t provide style for JoomSocial component in this JA Droid template so please make sure that you are using default joomsocial template for this component ( in configuration of Jomsocial component):

Then you can try to change default template from JA Droid to another standard joomla template like Bee5 and check whether problem persists or not so that we can know the problem comes from this JomSocial component or our template specific.

Hello Saguaros,

My Jomsocial template is set to default. The problem is with JA_Droid and maybe some conflict. When I’m using any other template, like Bee5, all it works correctly.

Hi turminator,

Try opening file: /templates/ja_droid/css/template.css and add this css rule:

#community-wrap .cToolBar > li {
display: block;
float: left;
overflow: visible;
position: relative;
}

Then clean JAT3 cache. 🙂

The first problem is solved but dropdown menu privacy for every field in Jomsocial continues not showing correctly. I attached an image with this.

Hi,

In the same template.css file as above, you can try adding this css rule:


#community-wrap .cResetList, #community-wrap .cResetList li {
overflow: visible;
}


Then clean cache.
