Ja Edenite on Joomla Int. Ed. (based on Joomla 1.0.15). UTF-8 ready, UTF-8 database.
All non english content looks fine in Admin section.
When open site first time, all content displayed correctly, but as soon as click any non-english link, it disaply garbage, and that links (News, Popular) also becomes garbage. Like this: ÐšÐžÐ”Ð˜Ð ÐžÐ’ÐžÐš

When switch to any other template, all charset looks fine.
