Can someone tell me is they’re a module that exist for JA Elastica that allow me to add poll. If so please let me know at your earliest, thanks.

Hi Lumpkan1
JA Elastica works basing on Joomla 2.5 which was removed poll component. So you should get a poll component from Joomla Extensions Directory.
