Hello.
I get some override Ja Elastica’s tooltip with other components (for the Community Polls and CjBlog tooltips tje Elastica tooltip’s border is added – look at the screenshots).

Ja Elastica’s tooltip display only for admins. Is it possible to change it’s CSS (disable border and background)?

It is pretty difficult to debug tooltip as it will go away as soon I move away the mouse pointer.

You can change tooltip CSS but right now its difficult to guess the issue and give solution to you. You can pm me URL of your site and admin access, i shall check it and help you to solve.
