I am using virtuemart with JA-Events on the main page but the products come with the format of the demo-page articles. I would like to remove those lines and can use the normal format of virtuemart.

Have you looked through the VirtueMart administration panel?

– From your Components menu, select/open up the VirtueMart control panel.

– Click “Configuration” from the left hand Administration Menu

– Click the “Site” tab

– To the right you will see the “Layout” section. This is where you can designate various parameters for the templates/formats that the Virtuemart component will pull from. Play around with those settings a bit and see if you can arrive at a format you like.

ALSO, you can utilize Virtuemart formats from other JA templates . . . What you would need to do is download the quickstart package for one of the JA templates that utilizes Virtuemart (i.e. Zeolite I or II, Mesolite I or II, etc.) and then copy/paste the Virtuemart files from that template to your template.

Actually, there is a great visual tutorial on how to accomplish this HERE.
(incidentally, that site/vendor also provides customized virtuemart themes – as you can explore throughout the site).

Your solution did not work. Changes in the Virtuemart theme do not work with JA Events (I try with JA-Mesolite and Zeolite themes)

Module JA_vmproductslide this template does not work properly.

Someone used this template with the virtuemart that can tell me the necessary changes? My client just wants this template.
