I’m trying to update my joomlart extensions. I am getting errors. I read another post, and TomC recommend THIS VIDEO

I watched the video. Seems easy enough. But, when I went to actually update a file, I got this error:

Errors occured during upgrading, please fix them fist
    Mysql path is not configed
Mysql Dump path is not configed
Local repository path is not configed

I went into the config area, and this is what is set:

    Local repository path: jaextmanager_data
    Mysql path: mysql
    Mysql dump path: mysqldump

Any idea what is going wrong here?

First off, wonderful site! Very fun, yet professional looking.

GOTO: COMPONENTS > JA EXTENSION MANAGER

In the left side menu, select SERVICES MANAGER > EDIT (next to Joomlart Updates)

Set the login you used for this forum. Save and you should be good to go!

Let us know if you need further.

Thanks John – I’m glad you like the site 🙂

Odd – I had entered my login details there…but perhaps I entered them incorrectly. When I went back, and tried again, the updates are working.

Thank you so much for your help.

    No worries…any time!
Also, anytime the JA Extention Manager updates itself, you’ll have to put in your login as well.
