I was sent a ticket id in an email
however the log in details to http://support.joomlart.com/ do not work

apparently the bug has been fixed after version 1.5.0 however I’m not sure how to manually upgrade it to the latest version 1.5.2

If you can not automatically upgrade this component.
Please uninstall and re-install it with the newest version, It ‘s the simplest way.

Error:

Component Install: Another Component is already using directory: “/home/fixyourt/public_html/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager”

when trying to install 1.5.2 from /home/fixyourt/public_html/tmp/com_jaextmanager.v1.5.2

I have deleted the folder contents from /home/fixyourt/public_html/administrator/components/com_jaextmanager

I did have another problem where I couldn’t update the Ores Template, but it was brought to my attention that I had to enter in my Joomlart log in in order to update the template.

Once I did that, it worked perfectly.

it seems it’s not truly updating and I checked the files in ftp to make sure it wasn’t
