Hi there

I’m trying to update JA University Template for J25 & J32 from version 1.0.6 to 1.0.7

Joomla is telling me the update is available but when I go into ja extension manager and click check for updates it comes back with ‘no updates found’. The template name is still the original name.

I have tried the following:

Tried clearing cache – https://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/how-to#Known_issues

I’ve gone into ja ext manager config and clicked save, then services manager to checked username and password.

Nothing seems to work, can you help please?

There is some issue going in the JA Extension manager at this item, I already sent this issue to the development team so they will fix it. Kindly wait for some time for its fix.
I clear cache to remove the notice: http://prntscr.com/dljdho

You can also download the latest version from Here and install it on your site via Joomla installer.
But do not forget to take full backup of site and custom changes. This will override the changes on template. Or you can try it on localhost first.
