Whenever I make updates using the JA Extension Manager they are not updating the Joomla extension manager files and show up as still needing to be updated. I have cleared the cache and then select update and they appear again. The extensions show they have been updated and reflect the correct updated version, but not in Joomla Extension Manager.
If I use Joomla Extension Manager then updates show correctly. Please advise.

Hi
it should be removed after the clear cache or after updating the extension it will be auto removed, once Joomla update time refreshed.
Can u share site credentials on which you are still getting the notifications?
