February 20, 2017 at 4:46 am #1012047Hi
Kindly use this way:
Open JAEM > Service Manager > Select Joomlart updates as default now edit them and add your JA User password.
Save and try to update extensions: http://prntscr.com/eayc0g
Hope it helps.
RegardsFebruary 21, 2017 at 8:44 pm #1012650As I have already stated in my original post "I’ve made the JA Updates the default and entered my access details.".
I also clearly stated NO Modules appear in the lists per the image link which you obviously provided after NOT reading what I wrote.
PLEASE ADVISE.

Hi
Take a look Here from your site i can see the module fine: http://prntscr.com/ebu36p
I also noticed you already updated the Masthead module from JAEM.
Let me know if still there is any issue with screenshot.Regards
February 23, 2017 at 2:34 am #1012974Hi,
I found a resolution. The jaextmanager_data folder had internal folders missing. The path was displayed in the empty modules section. When I added these folders I was then able to see and update modules. How these internal folders became missing I have no idea. Perhaps if/when an update failed? Very frustrating.
