Trying to get this to work, not sure why it just hangs?

How long should an extension update take on average? I am trying to use the manager to update to the newest release of the JA Extensions Manager. Everything goes smoothly, just like the instructions, until I click the upgrade link.

It’s bee going for more than 20 minutes, just say’s “Processing. Please wait…”

Is this normal?

It often takes a few seconds (less then 2 minutes) to upgrade.

Please give me your administrator account and FTP account for further checking (via helpdesk)
