Hi,

For some reason I’m unable to apply the update for System – JA Tabs 2.6.6.
Each time after I use the JA update manager to update the system plugin, it will show me the msg of successfully upgraded to version 2.6.6, but soon after I refresh the page and check for updates again it will show it went back to the old version 2.6.5. I have done this many time and clean cache but still have the same thing happen. See my screenshot (before and after upgrade).

Please advise, thanks.

Hi

Ja Tabs is not part of Ja University template complimentary extensions and it requires a JAEC Membership type to be updated while you have a JATC Membership type.

Ok, I didn’t realize that, it must be from my previous JA template because I don’t remember getting JAEC membership. Can I uninstall it to make it not show up again?
