JA Extra Field plug-in installed and enabled

In templatesja_bistrohtmljacontentextrafieldsarticle.xml, added the extra group fields

The problem is in the new article page, I saw one extra field called “Key Reference” which I don’t know where comes from. I didn’t added it in the article.xml file. It seems comes from nowhere. Please refer to the attachment. Anyone has any idea?

I can enter values for the other extra fields and they will be displayed in the frontend properly.
