Hey Hey!

Another speed bump for me:

So, I went to create a similar Articles Module w/ Carousel, as shown on the demo home page for “SERVICES”…
I created a separate Category first.
Then, I copied the demo content article “Coding” and moved it in the new category.
When I opened the article settings, the JA Fields tab disappeared.

In another instance:
– If I open the “Coding” article in the Services Category, and then duplicate it in the same Category, then the JA Extra Fields tab remains on my copied article.
-If I then move the copy to another category, it disappears again.

Here are the screen shots of the above, with the categories, for ref:

And as a long shot question (I know, I’m pushing it, I’m sorry!), is there any way to change the intro text for the Articles Module to the description, without a character limit and be able to have styles applied?
Basically, I want to put some lines of text w/ bullet points, but it’s only reading as plain intro text, like this:

It regards the Extra Fields option in Category, you can go to Classic Duckie – Downloads category and check Extra Fields is set to None, see the screenshot

Hello,
i see the menu:
“Content type”, “Content animation”,”Grid Type”, “Color”
in the category choosed.

The problem is that I don’t see the tab “Extra field” and I can’t change parameters on article. Any Advice?

I could not see “Content type”, “Content animation”,”Grid Type”, “Color” in the category in JA Nuevo template.

In my case the same. No extra fields on the Category Manager. Joomla 2.5.24.

What is wrong?

I have checked URL from your screenshot and see your site is using JoomlaShine template and not JA Nuevo template. That’s why you could not see Extra Field in Category. Because it is customization in JA Nuevo template.

I understand. I did not know that this affected also the Joomla backend. So what should I do to fix it? ¿Uninstall JoomlaShine template? Thank you very much.
