You will need to set JA Social II as default template on your site, the JA Extra Fields will show then.
If you want to use other templates, please use the ‘Menu Assignment’ to assign these templates to desired pages.

October 28, 2015 at 3:27 am #719256I checked back-end of your site and saw that JA Social II is not the default template, I just changed to default and you can see the JA Extra Fields tab in backend settings of JS Hello Me now. Just fill the info as you wish for this module.
