Hi,

with Facebook page ID, it works fine. But with FB group id, it doesn’t show up.

any clue?

Facebook Like box only supports Facebook page, so if you provide FB Profile id or FB Group id, it won’t work.
You can have a live test with your accounts in FB developer page at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-box-for-pages/
