The JA Facebookshare Plugin and the JA Retweet Button Plugin are not displaying where they are supposed to.

And why is it that I do not have access to these links:

It says I do not have enough priviledges, don’t the licensed membership grant me that?

Where do I put more padding between the Facebook Share and Twitter plugins in the frontend. They are very close together. I want more space between them.
